You can dehydrate tomato paste and grind it.... works great when you need the extra punch that you can only get from the paste.

Thanks everyone... sorry I took so long to respond... I've been finishing up my second cookbook, backcountry camping and getting my little guy settled back in school. The thing I love most about these bars is you can change the butter to an almond or cashew butter, you can use agave instead of honey...

Correction on the location of where the olive tapenade was bought.It was a gift from my "hawaiian family side" during a visit so we assumed Honolulu... but it appears it was bought here!On the bottle it says it's "produced in Canada for a local company in Everett,WA"(about 15mil...
