Unfortunately, this is GA. Not much snow, so no. She does have her own pack and as she gets older/stronger more and more weight will come off. However, I've got another kid at 3 now, so won't be too long before he's wanting to go.

All the more reason to stay in shape!

I got the Unaweep 3900. I did not get the talon as I figured I could make that easily.

The pack carries amazing. I needed the weight bearing as in winter trips when hauling mine and my daughters stuff the load can creep into the 60's.

I finally found the pack for me. The Seek Outside Paradox Unaweep (whew, that's a mouthful). External frame design, REALLY lightweight and can haul as much as I need it to. I have no idea if it would work or not, but I'd love to see this design coupled with the mesh/fiberglass of the starlyte. I really like the idea of once I pour in my fuel if it gets knocked over, fuel doesn't go everywhere. Again, NO idea if it would even work.

Yea, thats exactly what I found out. How much fuel does the companion burner hold? Seems like a lot. Of course this is coming from using 1/2 to 3/4 with the SS.

Speaking of the companion burner, my Super Stove failed to get a cold pot of water going. Not sure if I did something wrong or what as its usually a winner. Ha! Too many stoves coming from mr. Stove himself. Nice. The Zelph stove once again worked well as long as I did my part. Had a guy flip his kayak last night. I had a wood for going in less than 10 minutes and that included unbagging the stove and getting wood!

I probably should get the surface rust off of it first. LOL. I wish it was able to fold flat, but the performance outweighs that by a long shot. It can fold flat, but it just can't unfold after that :mrgreen: HA! Not sure how I missed this but nice!! I ALWAYS end up stepping or sitting on the hardw...
