I think the two spreader bar works great and spreading according to the use. For making this type of hammock which type of material is essential, Nylon or cotton?

I think it is more better to hang a big hammock trap on your tent for more safety from rain and snow.

Travel with a hammock which has under quilt and try to use a hammock trap to get some relief from any cold and rainy condition.
