Re: November Entry #2 for Skids

OK. Now let's put this in perspective, as you can see, short of calling a NASA engineer, I wanted to see exactly what type of containers hold 15 ml. You forgot tea light tins. :P That's a good one. I would be a fool to say I thought of that, but I did. I ruled it out as I've never seen them with th...

Re: November Entry #2 for Skids

I have worked in hotels in my food service career and have not really seen honey, jelly,or peanut butter in a container with angled sides. It's been a few years since I have worked actively in a hotel or restaurant setting. I want to say a disposable ashtray of some kind, but dont see the butt rest...

Re: November Entry #2 for Skids

Ok Skids, I'll take a crack at it. By the coating in the container, it looks like it's a mini pie container. You said it holds UP TO an ounce of fuel. I'm assuming you mean up to the wicking holes.Yes? If not correct, may I assume that it is used in the HUMAN CONSUMPTION food service industry? SD I...

Veteran's Day Hike Pics

Hello all, A few picks from a "round tripper" this Veteran's Day weekend from Neels Gap to Wildcat Mountain and back. A real ass kicker, but worth the views 10 fold. Let's remember our fallen and current men and women of our armed forces today, and forever. Thank you for serving our count...

Re: Wave Stove

I had to revert to cheap. No one wants to pay over 5 bucks for a stove. I was lucky to get 2.50 for a Heinekin pot. It cost me 2.50

Some guy only offered me 2.00  :P[/quote]

OK, OK, I've had my fun. I'll stop bustin' on you....at least for the weekend! :P :P :P

Good guessing Zelph! Keep guessing. I'll let you know. I'll be back from Katahdin next September. Now let's get back on track, shall we? :D  :D  It's a beer coozy! It's a well insulated beer cozy. Splint wrap, lid lifter, blister packer, ankle wrap emergency type. No gear giveaways on thi...

Re: Wave Stove

Just for the heck of it huh Zelph? The gullible one? At least my Skidsteer 8000 works. Looks like you are trying to make cheap Chinese knock-offs. Skids, I would sue for copyright infringement, but he'd have to prove that his stove actually works. I think there is an opening at MSR for a stove appr...
