Zelph, Before you try to fix it, call the battery manufacturer and explain what happened. This happened to a camera that I had, and I called the Coppertop people. It appears to be a tool for cutting the flat power belts used on old farm equipment. After being cut, the belt ends could be spliced together by placing the cut fingers into the spaces left on the other side of the cut. Then a long pin would be run thru the fingers end to end.

This one is TOO hard!!! I'm just guessing to be a good sport and participate.
It is a tool for polishing or burnishing. I can't wait to find out what it really is.

In the early 70's (72 or 73) I bought a two-burner Sterno to take on a bike trip. It worked well if you had time- a LOTS of time.
