It was drug-criminals that didn't want anyone else around. Now, I have a very un-remarkable small house. It is the ideal,...

Re: Veterans Day Free Food Fun

That's right, I am a veteran.

I didn't get my Golden Corral free meal, today. They had a special day for veteran's. However, Golden Corral is in Great Falls, MT 130 miles distant.

The local weather, here, is "single digits".

I didn't try to uncover the car, from the snow.

I was looking for a waterproof backpack for my amateur radio gear. I want to do SOTA Summits-On-The-Air. I also want a backpack for brushcrashing, this time, f...

Re: Sleeping Quilt and Cascade Designs attachment system

I reserve the UL hammock for the shoreline trees with not enough beach to pitch the ShangriLa3. How's that for an answer? I admit I have been looking over streamside locations with uneven ground and trees, or, at least big strong shrubs likely for a hammock. It has to be good weather. I an not going...

Re: SOTO Windmaster

My Soto Microregulator fit your 2-cup and 1-cup flat bottom Ridgeline pot and cup. I like the 1-cup flat bottom no-paint Ridgeline and mini Fancee Feest. I miss my mini Fancee Feest. The modified Starlyte just isn't the same for use with the 1-cup flat bottom Ridgeline. I still have those, thankfull...

Re: FBC has book(s)

He would make a good catch, the sea-going trout, I mean, of course. I would need a passport. So.. Who is going to spring first to purchase the originator's of FBC Freezer Bag Cooking second edition and sequel to her FBC Freezer Bag Cooking first edition! I am tempted, right now. I am holding off a b...
