Fall Colors..Colorado style

As I get ready for my trip to New England, I am thinking Fall colors. Colorado can't compete with the riot of colors found in New England, but we do have the golden aspen. Lunar Longs

This past Sunday, I attempted a moonlit hike of Longs Peak. At 14k+ feet, it is a distinctive landmark on the Colorado Front Range. For some reason, LIGHT GEAR seems to equal EXPENSIVE GEAR nowadays... There seems to be this idea that to go light, you must go expensive too. Case in point, the primaloft type jackets.
