We would enjoy hosting you guys! For competition the guys can cook in any size pot, as long as the can hold 10 pounds of rice, twenty pounds of hen. A thirty gallon pot is often used for fund raisers, where folks donate all the ingredients and time to cook and sell the plates. That will feed about 2...

The BIG pot guys usually start around 150 or then wittle down to six finalist through "heats" They have to cook ten pounds of rice in EACH pot. All Jambalaya is the property of the Jambalaya association and they sell it over the four days of the festival. It's a load of fun with bands playing usuall...

He is a great kid. I am blessed to have a three of those.
We use a large "bean" can. Like the larger baked bean can.
Then the feeder can is a standard veggie can.

That's the thing......not sure they would be BPLite so to speak. Likely weighs in at around 2 pounds. It would make a great cooker if you primitive camp. We line the boys up five or six at a time, let them cook and the dads judge the winners. Cooking for boys and men is a real big deal at our camps ...
