No, unfortunately he did not.......But, one of his associates and friends later in his career was Dave Hall. Dave is considered to be the man that "single handedly saved the alligator" in Louisiana waters. If this stuff is of interest to you, look into a book title "Game Wars" by Mark Riener I think...

Jambalaya on a rocket stove.org stove

one cup of meat, one cup of rice in a one quart mini pot.......
cooked for one and half hours, used about a gallon and a half of twigs our my back yard.

the Jamb fed two adults two boys without and leftover.
the boys had a blast

Try looking into Dottie and Rack-a-tiers.....two lines we do really well with for more affordable cutting tools.......

I am a "simple peddler" of electrical supplies..........Greenlee is pricey for sure.

Yea there are lot's of stories that old cajun told!! The water gets over the first pier but not over the second level and never in the camp. It's twenty minute boat ride to get back there. Maybe we could gang up and do a stove test back there one weekend. there are many adult beverages consumed back...

Zelph it's fresh water.........I wished it was my full time residence but the wheels of commerce claim to need me as a land lubber....lol (commerce meaning wife and kids) It was originally a little shack given to my Great Uncle by the Fed and State of Louisiana to break up a wood duck poaching opera...
