Re: EXhaust chamber forcing exhaust swirlto swirl

Zelph, You may not have finished them in your opinion but I see so much brilliance that it is very exciting. My head is filled with trying to combine a number of the wonderful ideas into one model. I was looking up hi temperature materials and conduit knockout punches last night. Still trying to fig...

How does Zelph make Perfect punch shapes as exhaust ports

Please let us in to your secrets. Is there a lower cost way like a harbor freight tool, just as an example, that we can purchase to make closer to perfect punched holes and say 3/4" by 1" exhaust port holes?
. My sKills with a shape box knife are criminal.
    Thanks Zelph

Re: replacing new LEAKPROOF RIVETS on alum pots

How do I explain that purchase to the wife? Maybe just slip it in with the forge bellows package?

Possibly the food grade adhesive you use to attach your flat bottoms to the Fosters cans, applied just before cinching up the rivets?
    Thanks.

It seems that if I use your kmart port windscreen stand as the basic model but have it sized with snaps at two different places for two different pot sizes it will be a more useful "Two-Fer". IT would be nice to have a two-fer that would work for one of your Fosters and for a Kmart ...

Re: EXhaust chamber forcing exhaust swirlto swirl

Zelph I was going thru your pictures last night, I felt like kid in a candy store. I found a picture where you made an very tight straight windscreen with top edge that completely sealed the top edge to the Fosters can.
