Woah! That first one makes me want to go back west again. I've only been once, but got to spend a lot of time around Bend and Sisters and went up Mt. Hood.

My Hennessys are comfortable on the side. But even though I sleep only on my side in the house and on the ground, I mostly sleep on my back in the air. It just feels good. I also sleep much better than on the ground.

The only Nalgene I've ever found was at Shaw's. I don't take it on the trail--it's too heavy--but I use it at home a lot. :)
