C.S. Osborne is still in business! I didn't see the tool on their website though. It looks like they manufacture upholstery and leather working tools. Might try emailing them the pic, they should be able to have some one identify the tool. http://www.csosborne.com/index.htm :mrgreen:

Zelph I am also having a hard time finding any pics to support this but feel deeply that this is what the tool is. Zelph I'm pretty sure that lost in space had this one that's a farrier's tool Black smiths use it to reshoe horses.
