Another easy one. This is an aluminum canning funnel turned upside down. I've got one in the kitchen for mixing up Gatorade in my Nalgene. :)

Does not look to be a tool but only a part of a tool as the threads indicate there is more than meets the eye ! I would have to second the bottom part of an oil-squirt can.

:) Parts have been left out to make it more difficult/more easy to identify.

After reading many of Zelphs threads I would have to guess that it is something alcohol stove related. My guess would be a burner from an old Fondue pot or something similar. SoonerTex
