Saw it today in the store it's a pump oiler missing the top part with the lever that pumps the oil out.

Could also be a small resevoir tank for some type of aresol system such as a paint tank for air-brushing.

Could be a light reflector with screw in socket. :D

I was thinking along those lines also. Like it might be an old camera flash reflector but probably would flair out wider and we don't know if it has a bottom or not. My money is still on the oiler resevoir! :ugeek:

I don't have the attachments, but it's a very handy-sized funnel.
