ground clamp crimpers..Stick the wires in,slide on the copper sleeve and crimp it down by closing them..

The only other thing I can think of is a"lockout tag crimper"..say for sealing electrical boxes or meters,shipping containers,railroad cars,etc..with sealing tags for identifying if they have been opened or not.

Sorry..that 1st post above..should have read: stick on the copper sleeve over the ends,slip the wires down in the slot,then crimp the sleeve down on the wires..that's the right order..need more coffee :shock: . :lol:

It strips the end of coaxial cable so you can put a screw type connector end on the end. Used for cable installation where you need to make a custom length of cable.
