Looks like the adjuster tool I have for the adjuster nut on my rear shock to my Four wheeler, adjusting it stiffens or softens the susprnsion. For a minute there I was going to say I've seen it and can't remember what the hell it was.

Yep, decided to stop in Applebees after work for some frothy refreshments ;) thus giving everyone a good head start on the new mystery tool.

It might work on your 4-wheeler but there are other sizes for other applications. I don't own a 4-wheeler but I have used one of those tools but memory fails me now---must be the AmberBock has darkened my mind!

I joined just to guess.

I use something that looks just like that on my bike. Is it a bottom bracket lock ring tool?

Yup, Went straight to the watering hole today. Goodwill is the opposite direction and Applebees is right out the front door from work.

Now that I have had dinner and the fog is starting to clear, I can remember changing the front fork seals on my 75 honda cb500t. Could have been used for that. Maybe, after a good nights sleep, it will all come back to me BUT I kind of doubt it. I must go rumage through the tool and motorcycle book and see if there is any enlightening evidence!
