Good Call Oops!

The pointed end is a countersink for use in a round hole; the other end is a counterbore used to enlarge a hole in order to recess the head of a screw or bolt head. It is used in the chuck of a drill or a drill press. The tool shown is classified as a combination tool or 2 in 1.

Looks are deceiving at times.

This is a deburring tool used in the process of reloading brass casings. sometimes the neck of the casing needs to be trimmed down a bit. After trimming it needs to be de-burred and this is the tool that is used. At a point in time I reloaded my ammo just for the fun of it :D
