My guess is sheet metal cutter. Like the air shears but not as powerful. Blade is serrated.

That is correct. It has several different size cutting blades. Not the easiest tool to use but works for special applications. Made by Berz-O-Matic.

I'll take a photo of the top and other side. Be back later. Thanks Sudden, that was fast :D

I used one for work long ago. I wasn't sure if it was for sheet metal because I used it to cut composite sheet. It's a nice tool to have and can be used through a drilled hole on thin stock like a nibbler.

I bought one for using up through a drilled hole.

One of the blades should be good for cutting curves too.
