Bless your heart oops. First time I've seen a horizontal unit like this one. You'll have to give us all the good inside information on it next week or when someone quesses what it is. Sorry Daren, wrong!!! :o

WoW!!!! Just had an Idea :idea: Use an oil can to make a coil burner or small Trangia, or a jet stove, or a pinnicle of fire. Let's make a oil can stove. First one to make a working model gets to enter it in the stove of the month club. :mrgreen:

Looking at the above stove made me think oil can :ugeek:

guessing;
it's a blow torch. ;)
possibly the primer flame for a blow torch. carbon lamp.

Oops, i was reading something somewhere and it's possible that kerosene might be the right fuel.
