Soloist Kitchen

Post by zelph » Fri Apr 22, 2011 6:07 pm

Inside this straight walled stainless steel container is my one piece stove, 6 inch windscreen and fuel bottle. Plenty of room for a spork and other goodies.

Weighs 8.5 ounces with contents.

The container is my pot/mug. Has a screw on lid. Hold 2.5 cups of water. 1/2 cup head room for a full rolling boil to occur and not overflow to cause water to run down into stove.

Boils 2 cups of water with 2/3 ounce(20ml) of denatured alcohol. Did 7 tests, 60 degree water, 40 degree air temperature. Boils occur at approximately 9.5 min. and boiled for an additionl 2 min till flame out.
