6 Gram alcohol stove in the works

I made an adjustment to the 4 gram stove I mentioned the other day.

It was for the better. A few tests told me to make an adjusment.

Take a look at how it lights up and holds a steady flame. Works great for small diameter pots like the SP600.

Is the potstand permenntly attached? It sounded "loose" in the last video.

It is now semi-attached. Spring loaded if you will. The corregations give it the ability to be "spring loaded" It is so light that it laughs when it falls to the ground or table.

I got side tracked today and did not do a final video of it and the batch that I made up. Lots of things going on, not enough time in the day

Stove ideas are flowing big time.

Yes, the first video showed it being loose, kinda tinny sounding. He's a little loose also.

These will be available soon as I get a few dozen of the bottom containers so I can work on a batch of them. They will work just great under the Foster pots. It fits perfect to the indented bottom.

Isn't there an old thread somewhere that discusses different methods of putting ridges in aluminum? Is there a commonly available 'tool' that can be used to do it?
