Daren, I stopped in a Gander mountain today and was checking out the Jetboils. They did say adjustable flame regulator(I think) What really caught my eye was the Jetboil frying pan that is a perfect size for pan fish and backpacking and then I saw the word "simmer" and thought of this thread. It cost an additional $50 and the Jetboil was $99. Just another item for my wish list!
