I think I'll keep mine. The one on ebay sold for 24.99 w/buy it now ! Might be as rare as I thought.

That one on ebay is kind of pricey..Walmart has the Ucos for $15.88...I think I sold those older candles around here for $5 or so..and that's about it.

The 2 piece stainless shades that are made for them are nice. Reflect all the light downward for better reading light.

I picked up one of the original Uco ones about 2-3 weeks ago..no chain with mine also,but it did have the plastic tube case with it..

Soon the filament bulbs will be collectors items. I have quite a few large flash bulbs of the vintage type. Neat invention all those fine wires in there that go pooffff

Hmm..now that I've taken another look at it..might make
a nice project to use a popcan or red bull and ADD the LED light attachment...
