:lol: ..I just gave away my penny stove..to a guy that came by to buy a tile saw..we discussed alcohol stoves for about an hour,fired up half a dozen or so.I then gave him enouigh materials to make a couple and one I hadn't fired up was the penny stove..so i gave it to him..glad to get rid of it.. :lol:

Yeah..but I haven't seen him show up..he hikes and mostly to flyfishing lakes.
I've told a few people about it..There were a couple of local young hiking film creators I met on the Elwah/Humes Ranch hike.. http://www.thenwexplorers.com/ ..doesn't look like they've finished anything yet about that one.

I made a penny stove out of one of the kodak canisters..it worked worse than the popcan ones!.......Live and learn... :lol: Hmm..I wonder what I did with the can..got a better use for it now if I can find it... :?: :idea:

speaking of kodak film canisters..Oops..didn't you buy some of those off ebay?Did you ever make anything out of those? :?:

The canister is not much bigger than a penny :o Stuff it full of fiberglass cloth and it'll work just fine :D
