I still think you should make a small portable saw table that mounts a circular saw under it(washers, carriage bolts and wingnuts) and just store the thing when you don't need it..or set up a smaller cutter blade on your drill press..Just set your drill table for height of the cut..3" or 4" cutter blade chucked in the drill(bolt, couple nuts, couple washers..CHEAP!)..Just play "spin the bottle" on the table...If you need another cut on the same stainless bottle, just use a block under the bottle for the next one..why move the table?
Use one of these or just the blades for one..in your drill press..

I found this today for $3..figured it might make a nice "Danish" wood stove..

On second thought..maybe not :o

(it's not miscolored stainless...just bad lighting..)

It's surprising how little they go for on ebay..a 16oz went for $50 and a 34oz like this one went for as little as $18(scratches)..but "that's ebay!" :o

Interesting design for the cap or lid..It has about a 1/2" shaft that rests down inside about 3" long. The cap lies flat and seals when it is in the vertical position but tilts right when pouring, hooking on a small ridge behind the main hole in the top..

Dan..maybe you can incorporate that idea in your next stove/pot combo and get design awards also.. ;) ..
What's also funny is that some nitwit grabbed it off a new cart that came out..and then decided he didn't want it.I only discovered it after he put it BACK on the cart about 10 minutes later..Okay..Twist my arm..I'll buy it then!

You've got a soft heart for "danish" stuff ;)
Now the vacuum jug has new surface with an elegant soft shade of black, which both
Is the coloration solid or feathered/shaded?

I need an award  and some new designs

As the season winds down I'll have more.

Denmark is spelled with a couple $$s around here... ;) It's a solid flat black color. The whole thing comes apart by pushing on the side dots..so it is easy to totally clean. It has the vacuum bottle inside,a stand on the bottom inside and a rubber gasket at the top under the black lid. It's in good shape with everything functional,no chips or scratches.

I went over to a friend's house today to play ukuleles..don't like the weird victorian carved armchairs he had(arms get in the way  ) and I still had the Westnofa folding lounge chair in the van..so.. I pulled that out and played in that. .then loaded it back up.. I think he would have preferred I'd have left it there so he would have something comfortable..
