..I'll get right on it ..after I finish this pitcher of margaritas..The seams don't have to be too straight,do they? I did do some thinking on that though...each panel gains 2' at the bottom of the panel if you are using a hexagon.the first panel is cut at 0 to 24" at the bottom..the second goes from 24" to 48" for an 8'ft point/7' flats..one more panel should give you 48" top to 72" bottom..and 12' across the points..maybe about 10-3" across the flats...anyway..forget a hexagon and go with an octagon...each bottom of each side of a 16' diameterx16' high octagon tipi would be 79-1/2" long..just make one of those!
