Fall Colors..Colorado style

Postby Mags » Thu Sep 25, 2008 8:49 pm

As I get ready for my trip to New England, I am thinking Fall colors.

Colorado can't compete with the riot of colors found in New England, but we do have the golden aspen.

But, we also have the changing tundra grasses which can also be striking at this photo shows:

And this coming Saturday? Off to the Whites to see the New England autumn!

The photo looks great but the leaves look like they are oil soaked :D Wher's the Rain-X

Those leaves would make for good toilet paper. Dual purpose, moisturiser included.

Mags, you got an excellent eye for content and position. Awesome!!!!!

I misssed my kodak moment this past weekend. A huge Whitail buck came prancing into the middle of the campground in the early morning and headed off north into the woods. Had a few good seconds to watch it, it was a heavy bugger, thick, wide rack. Boone and Crocket worthy.

Oh, that's it, get the fever going. I have a fishing trip in a week and a half before i can even start to think about deer. Once I get back from my Michigan fishing/hiking adventure---IT IS ON !!!! I'm heading straight for the Ohio Woodlands in pursuit of the ellusive Whitetail ! :D
