Flash Drive waterproof container.

Post by zelph » Mon Sep 22, 2008 2:12 pm

Ridgerunner uses a flash drive to take his downloads to the library to view when I post many vidoes like I did today :D

This container looks good for carring the drive safely. Anybody have any other ideas how to transport the drive safely under all conditions.

Nice container for other uses also. ;)

This is the same link you have for the flashlight. I just carry mine in my pocket , keychain, or zipup binder. It could fit in a film cannister depending on your type of flashcard. Two of mine will and one will not.

This is a little OT, but most USB MP3 players can be used as a flash drive too.
I have a couple of the 1 gig COBY MP3 players.I got them on sale for 10,00 each.

Cheers!

It looks like it would make a nice emergency grab and run container for something. Also known as Bugout bags for when the SHTF situations. You know the type!!!! ;)

That looks very similar to a keyring pill container.
I'm sure that the right size thumb drive could be wedged into the right size container for the same results.

2 liter PET soda bottle preforms are tough as nails and waterproof.

They are sold to the public as plastic "test tubes":

this company will sell You just 1 if You need it:

Sometimes You can find them in Convience Stores with candy in them.
