Sent out 2 weeks ago.Canadian Mounted Police must be carrying it the rest of the way to your house. Once it gets to the border it slows down a bit. Let me know if it looks like the box has been opened. Your postal service may have read the contents and wanted to take a peek inside. :o

I think I remember seeing instructions and the name of that other stove in there that you are referring to. I believe it is a cottage co. stove of sorts. The fuel goes in the bottom tin and the other tin sat on top as a pot support. There was also some instructions in the box for a caldera cone that someone must have received so I left them in the box in case that person wanted them, they could nab them on the boxes second go round. :D

Look to see the date it was mailed and let me know how long it took to arrive. The item with your name on it is for cooking. :lol: Just what you needed :mrgreen:

I guess you shouldn't have referred to your new stove as "The Bomb!"..or labeled the box "incendiary devices inside!"

I made the mistake of asking the clerk if it was possible to send flammable liquids to BC(HEET) They said no with a straight face.....they probably tagged the box as "suspicious" after I left the counter :roll: They should know by now that I'm 8-) one clerk knows me as StoveManDan :mrgreen: I have to fill out customs forms and they have my name and contents listed.

You should label the boxes as "old empty beer bottles and fiberglass cloth... value 22 cents"... ;)

Zelph;
you mailed the box postmarked May 1st. it arrived on May 17th. over two weeks.

i had a package shipped to me once from Florida. it got stopped by Canada Customs, and physically inspected. the package was then taped back together with yellow tape reading "openned by Canada Customs".
our bounce box showed no evidence of being tamperred with.
