99.9% Pure
Multi-purpose thinner used primarily for thinning shellac

At that site is says 99.9% pure..............pretty good stuff and a good price. Same stuff we call denatured alcohol for thinning shellac.

I paid $2.00 + tax yesterday for one bottle of heet  It was in the name of stove science, no time to drive many miles to WallyMart, gasoline is up to $4.20 per gal. The video I posted yesterday was burning heet in those pretty blue flames :D

As much as you use...I'm surprised you don't have a monthly allotment shipped in..

Fortunately they can't raise the price of wood...

Thank goodness for for that!!!!

I don't use much heet, only a token amount when I finalise times on a stove that will go to market. Denatured alcohol is the fuel of choice for me. I've kept a record of how much I've used so far..........13 gallons......mostly 1/2 ounce at a time :D

This is an old thread, but I didn't want to start a new one. The current price of Heet in the local Walmart is still $5 per 4-pack. It has only gone up 3 cents since I first posted it way back when. :DB: :DP: :DB:

Thought I'd let everyone know that I have dispensing caps that fit the HEET bottles. They make for easy dispensing of fuel into your stoves or filling the small fuel bottles people out there are using.

Amazing.....whoooo, you are ambitious and eager in the interest of stove science :D

Thank you much for taking the project and running with it....you're cooler for it ;)

It will be interesting to see if the water freezes.
