Excellent magazine deal. I have already received some of them. Ebay can be like a bully. You can never talk to a person and they never will respond to their own email. I wish they had realistic competition.

Did you contact the seller? Ebay put an end to his and others solicitations. That might be what threw your transaction off. I believe you can deal directly with him, without going through ebay, now. ;) Drop him a line. ;)

Looks like the sellers have figured away around ebays rules. They now offer a "gift subscription" on backpacker. Three years@$3 per year. Not bad. ;)

I'm in the middle of a multi-year deal off fleabay and only paid original price. :D I've heard that some of these sellers make up the difference in subscription price as part of a contest for vacations based on sales. They still come out way ahead. i'm not sure if this is the case with this seller but you notice he is a power seller with good feedback! ;)

Even though I'm not buying it..I did check his feedback before you mentioned it..Only 1 neg recently..I'm assuming it's gotta be full of advertising, only way they could keep the magazine in business... ;)
