It's supposed to have that .dll for free download. MFC is Microsoft's Foundation Classes used to simply windows development. Normally this is included in an install when someone releases a program which uses. I am not familiar with this video program or why you didn't get it in the install, but I'd try the link.

Put card in right click check properties that should tell the type video that it is.Or right click it should show witch player that you would like to open with. best i know how

It sounds like your running an NT system. Windows 2000 maybe?
Anyway, there are a lot of sites online for downloading free DLL files.
You can try this:

After the file is downloaded you will need to un-zip it with WinZip and place the dll file in C:\Windows\System\ according to the instructions I read.

Hopefully that'll help.
