I'm sure if I can handle a few weeks in the woods with some of the guys I hike and paddle with... that I can handle a couple guys with unstraightened ties around here... lol

Hey hoz... how've you been?

Sometimes things don't work out as planned, eh? You'll be better prepared next time or at least work some rest days into future planning. We had a "water-hiking" trip this summer where we had to revise because our middle-aged trip-mate sprained his ankle pretty badly. Was still a great trip but really gave us a reality check.

Well if you ever want to hike the Bruce Peninsula just let me know.

LaurieAnn;
i just spent a very enjoyable morning reading your website. your style of writing sure works for me! well done!! :D

i tracked down the recipe for your blueberrie trail bars. that'll be happening real soon in my kitchen. :mrgreen: i'll probably screw it up, but i'm gonna try it none the less.

i'm a carnivor so i'm waiting for your third book; "a steak knife and a fork in the road." :lol:

lots of Steak in book one! I married Mr. Meatatarian (he's really suffering with the vegan book and can't wait until I hand the manuscript in).
