Sog?..never heard of Sog!

From their website:
Q:

How do I get my knife sharpened?
A:

You may send your knife in to us, with a $9.00 money order for return shipping, and we will provide general maintenance, including sharpening, and send it back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re in the Lynnwood, Washington area, stop by our Retail headquarters and we’ll sharpen your knife while you wait!*

*There is no shipping charge if brought in to our Lynnwood store.

I live in Lynnwood,Washington..there are up on 212th and about 4 blocks east of HWY 99..about 2 miles from my house..
His link looks more like chinese crap with a phony SOG link name.. ;)

That was sarcasm..guess I should have added [sarcasm]

I am also a knife nut but don't think I even own a SOG knife..I'd have to check though and that might take awhile..

Please..everybody.. don't mail me your SOG knives for free sharpening!I'd look funny showing up with 50 knives and .."Uh,Could you touch these up for me? :o "

genrally I avoid even bothering looking at that type of "weapons" websites..some may be sog but I really doubt they all are at some of the cheap prices...

i know i don't own any SOG knives. always been too pricey for my wallet.
i'm currently thinking about a new pocket/folder, but the SOG dealer here is way way way out of line on their prices, so i'm looking at Spyderco and Kershaw.
the Kershaw Ken Onion design is a very nice semi-auto.

I looked at the post as "spam"...If the guy knew what he was selling he wouldn't have asked the question he asked.

I find a lot of knives locally so don't get too excited about expensive retail prices..don't pay them  ..I think the last one I posted here was my J.Russell Green River Skinning Knife that cost me about 60 cents..

Before and after cleanup...

IR and I were discussing knives..and I pulled these out of my computer desk drawer for a picture..

posting knives.. ..That reminds me of when the wife's family was in and they bought a $100 side of steaks from costco. The nephew(back from Iraq) had it sitting on the stainless counter by my garage sink ready to slice it into steaks.."Got a decent, sharp butcher knife?" I opened the two drawers below him..and told him.."Take your pick!"

 (the look on his face)... I used to collect and sell old butcher knives, especially Solingen ones,on ebay..these are just the leftovers... I think he grabbed a gerber...

I don't have any SOG knives but do own a SOG multi-tool. They make quality goods!
