Hmm, maybe quieter but I could still hear a roar. A little different than a non pressured alcohol stove

I carried my SVEA 123 up to a high mountain snowfield base camp.

The roar of the SVEA 123 was reassuring. :D

oops56, How did you work it out to reduce the noise?

Did it improve combustion or make no difference to efficiency, or, make the Optimus 8R combustion less efficient causing more soot, etc.?

The roar keeps the big bears away

Take away it's "roar" is like taking away it's manhood/stovehood

Oops, your photo looks like it reduces oxygen. Does it smell bad/different when it burns?

If it is a little low on heat, I would think it must have more incomplete combustion.

well i ship it to you and you can put your finger in it to test it then since i dont know anything about stoves and you do how do you check for complete combustion :?: :?:
