Mini Torch Heater and Lite

Here is a heater and lite made with a mini butane torch. Good for one cup of something. Torch is refillable. Torch has enough power to excite a Coleman mantle that was used in the head of the burner to difuse heat and create light.

i've been thinking about this all afternoon. the options are endlessly mindboggling.
i'm thinking about an attachment for a canister burner.

I had alot of fun with the mantel concept applied to our little world of DIY's it can be addictive :mrgreen:

It boiled 1 cup of water and I suppose it would simmer if the gas was turned down. The idea came in a dream :lol: :lol: It was a "Stovie" moment. The idea worked out, I was satisfied with the results. :D I used a shower head and some Mica sheet to contain the mantle. Science is fun!!!!!
