stuffbag and windshield at once

Post by markussw » Mon Feb 16, 2009 1:12 pm

Hi,
don't try it: I thought sewing my cooking/pot stuff bag from a fireblanket. A bit to tall that it could although work as a windshield.
But my blanked wasn't fireresistant and started burning...
The idea itself I really like, but if a fireblanked is not strong enough...

Bye,
Markus

The material "Nomex" used for making clothing for firefighters may work better.

or the use of Kevlar fabric.
