That story reminds me of the time my wife was taking my daughters to ice skating practice one winter and while driving, my daughter told my wife she hit a "turkey" but my wife had not seen anything and continued on to the rink. Once there, they all rushed into the rink for practice when one of the other mothers came in to tell my wife that a pheasant just crawled out of the grill of our SUV and staggered across the parking lot to the woods. Upon further investigation, it had busted the plastic grill and was lodged there until my wife came to a stop at the rink. What got me was that she didn't even realize she hit the bird and did not believe my daughter when she told her.

Good one RR....... :D

Then there was the guy that hit a deer with his pickup.Stoped and looked all over and around the roadside and nothing. As he walked around the back of his truck, there it was in the bed of the truck, deader than a door nail.......

there was a 911 recording getting played on the radio for a while. it seems this fella hit a deer with his car and, thinking the deer was dead, put it in the back seat. the deer regain consiousness and proceeded to kick the shit out of the car. the guy gets out of the car and a dog attacks him because he's got deer blood all over him. he had a very thick southern accent. the call started out with,
"Ah need a Bambalance..........

Ya right....crawled out of the grille and staggered into the woods. I think that lady may have had one too many her self. No wonder your wife didn't beleive her :DB:

Time has pasted since then....have you told your daughter the difference between a turkey and a pheasant......on second thought......if your wife was driving with a lead foot going 85 it might be hard to tell what the blurr was
