Its a 1950's Union Pacific speeder. I wish I took a pic with the wrecked body on it from a runaway and crash five presidents ago

What size engine did it have? Convert it to electric :o

You can relate to a runaway vehicle :o :oops:

I wish I could covert it to electric, but it would be impractical as it'll haveto run for long periods of time. It has a rebuilt Ford Industrial 4cyl ready to install. The transmission I *THINK* is a Ford Agriculture 4 speed with PTO. I just got the floor frame welded up and its nearly ready for the engine install. Ill take more pics this Sat....

After this project, there are two more speeders I am resurrecting. A green Southern Pacific "limo" and I'm taking the little "Putt-putt" hit-miss engine 1920's speeder up to the ranch for a full restoration.

It looks heavy....what does it weigh approximately as we see it sittin there?

Do you have a body for it?

I bet the railroad yards have lots of interesting guy stuff laying around :mrgreen:
