Hobo Alcohol Stove Ring of Fire Style
Re: Hobo Alcohol Stove Ring of Fire Style
I did a makeover on the stove and located a can of soup at Aldis that holds 2 cups of water with 1/2" headroom left so the water can boil without going over the edge. I was able to get 2 cups up to 208 degrees using 1/2oz/15ml of HEET........that's fantastic for this size of stove using a steel can. Hobo's are going to be my friends
In a couple of days I'll tell you how I altered the stove to work.

I burned some ISO91 in the stove today, works really nice, no soot. The ring of fire design is soooooo nice with ISO

The original Heine Ring of Fire is one of my favorite KISS stoves. Who would have ever thought that you could boil water without having a flame under your pot!
