Her spool guide works great if you have extra toilet hardware

I like the idea of that foam. I've seen it before at Lowes. It's (no pun intended) stiff as a board and very lightweight. Easy to cut, easy to shape. I'll bet the vinyl cover could be had a lot cheaper too.

I think I will try to make one of those hammock chairs. Don't need much material and I already have some webbing. I sat in one the other day, it was extremely comfortable.

It works in the video, should work for you. Are you having problems sewing without a walking foot or do want one for insurance?

No, but I have more ambitious projects in mind.

It turns out the few stitches on the Hobby 301 combined with the specialized presser feet available will do much more than I anticipated. I am thinking I could make my own British Ventile Anorak, using multiple layers, involving a lining of the more lightweight stuff as well. I had a REI British Ventile Mountaineering Jacket, like that, that was the best ever jacket.

I got the Pfaff online PDF Manual. It does not mention a walker presser foot add-on.

I also do not know if the aftermarket "snap-on" pressure feet are worth bothering about, as well.

That makes two questions for Pfaff yahoo group. I will look them up.
