There are small children in this building. Their mothers have expressed concern, spending as much time as possible elsewhere with in-laws and grandparents.

I don't know what can be done about an owner of a "No Smoking - No Pets" building that is unresponsive, who basically calls me a liar and demands "Prove it".

I have written the owner if the smoke alarms worked, at least I could call the Fire Department.

He doesn't fix the smoke alarms either.

When I have called the police, when here, they act like they do not know the odor of meth or of smoke. Very corrupt.

I remember when "No Smoking" started. People discussed it. But it happened.
